Where to Train?

At home, this is a great option, training in the comfort of your very own home, it does not take much space to do exercise so if you have space in your front room or back garden then I can come and do it there, I have a great selection of free weights, Kettlebells, resistance bands, medicine balls etc, that I can bring with me to help your train and achieve your goals. 

At mine, I have setting up a private gym in my garage, I have a great selection of exercise bikes, treadmill, free weights, kettlebells, resistances bands suspension trainers and medicine balls.
