Tuesday 0615 am - circuit 

Thursday 0615 am - circuit 

Saturday 0800 am - flow 

Saturday 0830 am - core 

Fitness Class Descriptions

Circuit

Tuesday & Thursday at 0615am, classes start promptly at 0615am, please warm up beforehand, we have a number of exercise stations setout to cover different muscle groups to give you a full body workout, class is suitable for anyone as any of the exercises can be adjusted to suit individual needs, classes runs for 30mins. 

 

Flow

Saturday at 0800 am, class starts promptly at 0800am, the aim of this class is to maintain of improve flexibility, through a series of dynamic & static stretching,  class is suitable for anyone as any of the exercises can be adjusted to suit individual needs, classes runs for 20mins.

Core

Saturday at 0830 am, classes starts promptly at 0830am, with this class we target our core muscles, not just our abs our entire core, through a variety of core exercises dynamic & static, and use of a variety of equipment to enhance your training. class is suitable for anyone as any of the exercises can be adjusted to suit individual needs, classes runs for 20mins.

all classes need should be booked in advance to save disappointment as space can be limited, bookings can be made through the snap app and are completely free to Snap members
