   Startup Package: $199 (NZD)
Initial consultation - Two follow-up sessions (45 minutes each) - Access to my VIP Facebook group, which includes additional tips, newsletters, eBooks, and exclusive offers for group members.

8 week - Package: $675 (NZD)
Initial consultation - Seven follow-up sessions (45 minutes each) - Access to my VIP Facebook group, plus client centered meal plans and work outs if required, plus at least once a week additional check-ins, plus message me anytime service T&Cs apply  

   Post package individual sessions 
1 x session = $100
3 x sessions = $285
