Beginner-Friendly, Flexible, & Built around you
For beginners, feeling comfortable is everything.
That’s why I offer different training options but most people start online, where they can build confidence at their own pace.

Below are your options, starting with the one I recommend for complete beginners.

1. Online Training (Recommended for most beginners)
Flexible. Private. Zero pressure. Train from anywhere.
Online coaching gives you a supportive, guided plan without the stress of walking into a gym or learning exercises in front of others.

Perfect if you:

feel unsure or anxious about training in public

prefer privacy
-
have a busy schedule
-
want clear guidance and accountability
-
want to go at your own pace
You only need:

a phone or laptop
-
a little space
-
and the willingness to begin
This is the simplest, safest, most beginner-friendly way to start.

2. Home Visits
If you feel more comfortable having support in person, I can come to you (selected areas).
This option works well if you want:

hands-on guidance

reassurance on technique and form
-
a comfortable environment you already trust
-
the convenience of training at home
Great for people who want coaching but aren’t ready for a gym setting.

3. Private Studio Sessions
Train 1:1 in a small, quiet, personal training studio — no crowds, no pressure, no intimidation.
Ideal if you want:

a private space

more equipment
-
face-to-face support
-
a gentle introduction to strength training
A safe alternative for those curious about in-person training but who want a more controlled, comfortable setting.

Local Park Training
Outdoor, fresh air sessions for a change of scenery.

Gym Sessions
If you’re confident or want to learn gym equipment, we can train in a gym.
(But you don’t need a gym to get results.)

Group Classes
Fun and social — available if you enjoy community energy.
(Not essential for beginners; optional only.)
