Whether you’re completely new to exercise, starting again after a long break, or feeling unsure where to begin, my coaching gives you the support, clarity, and confidence you need to finally make progress.

Your First Step: A Book Free Intro Consultation

A relaxed 20–30 minute chat (online or in-person).We talk about your goals, confidence level, lifestyle, and what you want help with. No workouts. No pressure. Just clarity.
We’ll talk about:

  • your goals

  • your lifestyle and routine

  • any worries, injuries, or barriers

  • what you’ve tried before

  • what you want to feel, not just what you want to achieve

There’s no pressure, no fitness test you need to “pass,” and nothing intense.
Just a chance for you to feel heard, supported, and guided.

From there, we’ll create a clear, beginner-friendly plan that fits your life not the other way around.

How Coaching Works (Fitness + Lifestyle + Mindset)

Every session is tailored to your level, your confidence, and your current starting point.

You’ll get support with:

  • simple, low-pressure workouts

  • daily habits that boost energy and balance

  • mindset coaching to overcome self-doubt and stay consistent

  • realistic routines that fit your week

Sessions run anywhere from 20 to 90 minutes, depending on what feels manageable for you.
Some people start with short sessions to build confidence and that’s perfectly okay.

Before You Begin, Here Are a Few Helpful Questions

These help us shape a plan that feels realistic and achievable:

  • How much time feels doable for you right now?
    Even 20 minutes is enough to create progress.

  • What session length feels comfortable?
    Short and steady or longer and more structured it’s your choice.

  • Do you prefer to train alone or with someone?
    Solo, with a friend, or in a small group all options work.

  • Where do you feel most comfortable training?
    Online coaching, your home, or my private studio.

Wherever you’re most at ease is the right place to start.

Session Times

Online + studio options available

Monday–Friday: from 6:15pm onwards
Fridays (term time): 9:30am – 3:30pm
Weekends: some availability by request

(School holiday availability may vary.)
